Belle Poque - Modern Vintage-Inspired Styles

Belle Poque is a store on Amazon that is inspired by the fashion, style and elements of the 50s-70s . It honors the elegance of women of those eras.

In August, Belle Poque reached out to me to collaborate. In exchange for two free dresses I’d submit photos and stories on Instagram. I was able to pick out the two from a range of dresses and narrowed it down to the ones that spoke to my heart and fashion sense.

I love vintage clothing, from the historical aspect to the sustainability. Sometimes, though, it’s hard to wear vintage clothing in my everyday life as they often need extra TLC and as someone who works in property management, sometimes comfort and durability win over 60’s mod or 50’s elegance.

I also love Belle Poque’s price point. Vintage fashion is often quite expensive and I usually stick to purses, brooches and scarves to add a retro twist to an otherwise basic outfit. Belle Poque lets you wear retro-inspired pieces at an affordable cost.
