Spring Vibes

When I step into a sunny boutique or browse through an online store, I can't help be drawn by all the floral dresses, the ruffles, all the feminine details.

I love everything floral and feminine and this season's endless ruffled maxis, floral blouses, and wide-brimmed hats make me weak with adoration. Spring's look is modern twist to the classic vintage girly look.

I found this adorable off the shoulder, ruffled black maxi dress at TJ Maxx. It just felt like I was wearing the cloth of Spring. I've been reading books but been disappointed. I like books that take me places, that inspire the writer in me. I love books that make me want to write books.

"The Perfect Neighbors" by Sarah Pekkanen does not disappoint. It inspires. It conjures up the magic of firelies in the summer, the quiet bustle of a safe suburb, and the secret of four women who live in that safe suburb. Highly recommend it.
