Vintage Glam Bridesmaids Dresses

I was honored to be in my lovely friend Kate's wedding. As a bridesmaid, you are usually asked to either wear the same dress or a dress with the similar color, fabric and length. Kate picked a gorgeous pool blue, chiffon for fabric and a maxi for length. The style, was up to us. I was so happy to find a flowy, maxi dress that reminded me of a 70's boho princess. All the bridesmaids picked a dress that suited their body type and style from JJsHouse.com and the result was lovely. 

My friend Danielle will be tying the knot in September and I am so happy for her and lucky to be a bridesmaid. She chose the color Merlot and all the girls got to pick a dress they felt comfortable with. When I saw the dress (in the first picture) I thought: Veronica Lake and Old Hollywood. Even on the racks of David's Bridal, you can find a dress that is vintage inspired. The most important thing to look for is silhouette, fabric and pattern when finding a dress that harkens to a time past.
