(My New & Improved) Babe Cave

Moving is stressful. It's a time of transition. It's going over a bridge, and even if it'll pay off in the end, it can be an arduous task. it's a process. I'm glad our process is ending and I have my babe cave set up.

My husband has an array of pictures of his rock idols, NY rangers memorabilia and his own quirky art decor throughout the house. My babe cave is over the top with romance and femininity but it's all mine - a little room where I can write and get ready. I can listen to Paula Abdul and try on all my dresses if I want! 

I wanted to fill it with pretty things that moved me to write. I want to look around and feel I'm in a cozy place that's truly my aesthetic. I absolutely adore Vintage Hollywood and the style and fashion from 1920's-1970s. I wanted to create a vintage, soft romantic ambiance with playful accents.

With the help of my husband, Freddie, I think it's right where I want it to be. Take a look at the progress so far:
